Chrysanthi Polychroniadou is a PhD candidate at the laboratory of Pomology, Department of Agriculture of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, under the supervision of Professor Athanasios Molassiotis. Back in 2015, she graduated from the Department of Agriculture, School of Forestry and Natural Environment, AUTh and afterwards in 2018 she took her master diploma after completing the Postgraduate Program “Biodiversity Conservation and Sustainable Development of Wild Plants” in the Faculty of Biology, AUTh. Her research interests concern the post-harvest physiology of fruits and the factors that affect their quality. From her research career so far, she is author of 4 scientific articles, reviewer of articles in international scientific journals and has participated with 15 publications in international and national scientific conferences. She has also work as a part of the team in 6 research projects.
